Paula Bailey - Consultant
My name is Paula Bailey.
I have worked in the field of School Business Management for over 20 years; initially in a nursery and then in a large secondary school. My current position, as Business Director, is at a boy's high school in Flixton in Manchester.
I really enjoy the role and the variety it brings. I have gained a wealth of experience in finance, human resources, ICT, facilities management and administration.
Over the last five years I have also worked on GDPR and cyber security; I am well aware of the elements required to be compliant.
I started to work for Redrambler in 2022 and have enjoyed working with other schools. I am committed to offering robust advice and judgement and find I also learn a lot from the schools we work with.
I don't have a great deal of time outside my work but when I do I enjoy camping, spending time with my grandsons, reading and crafts.
